If an injury comes up as you become more active, I will provide exercises and tools to help alleviate and prevent the pain. Physical Therapy services are also available if you live in certain states!
Fitness Workouts & Programming
We’ll begin with a phone call to discuss your current fitness level, personal goals, and any specific needs. From there, you’ll receive a customized workout plan each week, along with weekly check-ins to track your progress, address any challenges, and ensure you're training safely and effectively.
Education
Each follow-up session will also include an educational topic designed to deepen your understanding of training. We’ll cover areas like workout programming, recovery, nutrition, and mindset—giving you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your health and fitness.
Creating Lifestyle Habits
My goal is to equip you with the tools to manage your own exercise routine and fuel your body wisely. Together, we’ll build lasting habits that support a healthy, active lifestyle—encouraging graceful aging and reducing the risk of chronic illness along the way.
