All sessions are conducted via video call, so you can get expert, personalized care from the comfort of your home.

Dr. Kristen will assess your current exercise and nutrition habits, identify any movement limitations, and clarify your fitness goals. You’ll leave with a clear, individualized plan for that week—no guesswork, no fluff.
✔️ 6 Weekly Coaching Sessions
These weekly follow-ups focus on:

How your body is adjusting to the program

Reviewing and refining your exercise form

Answering questions about workouts, gym equipment, or anything you're unsure about

Teaching you essential fitness knowledge to help you feel confident and independent in any gym setting
✔️ Monthly Check-Ins (After Week 6)
Ongoing accountability, motivation, and adjustments to your program to keep you progressing long-term.
Physical therapy services are available if you live in CA, MA, or WA state and sessions will be based on individual needs decided during the Initial Evaluation!

After working across the country as a travel physical therapist, I’ve seen a pattern: People don’t move enough—or move incorrectly—and it catches up with them later in life.
